About Me

My name is Doug Boals. I started lifting weights at the age of 12 to help with my performance in sports. I knew that if I wanted to be better than my competition, then the weight room was where I needed to be. Over time however, I started to fall in love with the process of lifting weights and fitness. Seeing my body change, noticing improvements in my overall health, and just making myself better everyday. Fitness became my new passion. I wanted to know anything and everything to help make myself better. Which exercises were better than others. What my nutrition should be like to get optimal results. After a while, friends and family started coming up to me and asking for advice with their own fitness goals. It was at this point that I knew what I wanted to do with my life. At this moment, I knew that I wanted to make a career out of fitness and help others better themselves.
